Questions

Identity Access Management presents two of the five questions from when you initially set up your secret questions and answers. The questions are selected randomly. If you answer the questions:

  • Correctly, Identity Access Management allows you to reset your password so you can log in to your account.
  • Incorrectly after three unsuccessful attempts, Identity Access Management locks you out of the account and you must contact the organization administrator to reset your password.

To verify your identity by answering secret questions

  1. Open the Answer Secret Questions page.
  2. Verify that the organization ID and user name is the same as what you entered on the Sign In page.
  3. Enter the answer to each question.
  4. Click Submit Answers.
    • If you answered the questions correctly, Identity Access Management displays the Set Password page, where you can set your new password.
    • If you answered the questions incorrectly, try again. You'll be locked out of the account after 3 unsuccessful attempts to answer your secret questions.
